Most HR consultancies specialize in the technology or the people side of the function. We built ours around both — because a new HCM platform without capable leaders, or a leadership program without the systems to support it, rarely sticks.
Christina has spent over 14 years leading HR transformation and technology implementation at enterprise scale — designing the HCM platforms, service delivery models, and change programs that let HR data and digital tools actually work for the people using them. Her hands-on expertise spans Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and emerging AI-native HR tools, along with the data strategy and organizational change work that determines whether a system rollout actually succeeds.
She’s been recognized for excellence in HR transformation at the enterprise level and holds standing as an Oracle HCM Global Partner. Beyond her core work, Christina sits on the advisory board of an HR technology startup and is a regular invited speaker at Oracle and ServiceNow industry events.

Leadership & Talent Development
Matthew has spent over 15 years building enterprise leadership development programs at Fortune 500 organizations, with deep specialization across Pharma, MedTech, and Manufacturing. He designs the development experiences, coaching engagements, and succession strategies that turn strategy into leaders who can actually execute it — work that has reached leadership populations at global scale and driven measurable succession readiness at the VP and General Manager level.
He’s also served in a Business Unit HR leadership role, partnering directly with R&D leadership on workforce strategy. Matthew is credentialed in coaching, Hogan Assessments, strategic workforce planning, and people analytics — the disciplines that make leadership development measurable rather than just aspirational.
